Returns/ Refund Policies
Your purchase of Warp Speed Wealth is non-refunable. No refunds will be issued on NON-REFUNDABLE products. All beta-test, case study, coaching groups, classes, live events and pilot programs are non-refundable. Refundable products may be returned within 30 days of the date of order for an exchange, credit, or full refund. If your product is not returned during the required time-frame you will not receive a refund. Since many customers order from other countries, please be account for the shipping time-frame both to and from the U.S. to your country. For locations where a 30 day policy is difficult due to the time-frame, don't order unless you're sure the product is right for you. Returns must be received in "like-new" condition to be accepted. In the event products are returned in a condition where they cannot be resold no refund will be issued. Shipping and handling are not refundable.
In addition, service are not refundable-- this includes coaching, marketing, web design, seminars, beta test groups and speaking. All sales involving coaching, seminars, tele-classes, webinar classes and speaking are not refundable. Coaching courses must be used within three months of the order date or they will automatically expire. Software is also non refundable because of the nature of the product as well as downloadable products such as eBooks and MP3s. However, there may be cases where ebooks are refundable. Confidentiality of Codes, Passwords and Information

Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
If any provision of this agreement is void or unenforceable in whole or in part, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall not be affected thereby.
Termination
These Terms of Use agreement are effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate this agreement at any time by destroying all materials obtained from any and all this Site and all related documentation and all copies and installations thereof, whether made under the terms of this agreement or otherwise. This agreement will terminate immediately without notice at this Site's sole discretion, should you fail to comply with any term or provision of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from this Site and all copies thereof, whether made under the terms of this agreement or otherwise.
